Bev is responsible for co-leading Marsh Advisory’s ESG and climate services for physical and transition/carbon risks, including risk screening, scenario modelling, risk register and roadmap development, adaptation/net zero plans, reporting and risk transfer. As an adaptation specialist with a PhD in risk management and a practical person by nature, Bev is proudly driving global initiatives to develop KPIs and climate metrics, and encouraging organisations across all sectors to design resilient, refit resilient, recover resilient, and invest resilient through her COP27 work with Resilience First, and her role leading the business adoption pathway for the UK Government’s Flood Resilience Roundtable. Bev also leads Visual Intelligence services involving drones and satellite imagery for Marsh.
