Carol Jackson is Senior Principal in Mercer’s Global Diversity & Inclusion practice, responsible for research and consulting.
She leads Mercer’s When Women Thrive research, one of the most comprehensive studies on workforce gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the world, representing nearly 1,200 organizations with over seven million employees in 54 countries. She enjoys working with organizations to uncover where they have opportunities to improve diversity and inclusion and develop strategies to help accelerate their progress.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the HR consulting industry, with a strong background in industrial organizational psychology, workforce analytics, technology solutions, employee research, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to joining Mercer in 2014, she held business development and consulting roles at Bersin & Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte) and TalentKeepers.
She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
