Chris is a qualified hot air balloon crewman, an unqualified father of two, and gracefully declining golfer and tennis player. When he’s not doing those things, he heads Oliver Wyman`s Australia Digital team and is a Partner in the global Finance and Risk practice.
Chris joined the London office in 2007 before chasing the British dream of living on the beach in the sunshine and moving to Sydney in 2011. Over the course of that time, he worked in-depth with major institutions in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia on a broad spectrum of analytics, risk, technology, and strategy engagements.
The most fulfilling element of my job is when I can turn advice into impact. We no longer just create the strategy, but design, build, and implement the change in a fraction of a time our clients can do so on their own.
More recently, Chris has focused on designing and building greenfield digital platforms and products end to end, from launch and execution strategies, through to CVP design, application development, technology architecture, and the embedding of advanced data and analytics.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Chris attended the University of Bristol, England. He graduated with a MEng (First Class) in Engineering, specializing in systems and control, aerodynamics, and control theory.
Working on the most complex bleeding-edge problems in industry today is hugely inspiring. The pace of change in all sectors is accelerating, and the diversity of expertise and experience required to ride that change is continually evolving.
