Since August 2017, Christina has been a Continuous Improvement Leader at Mercer. She is responsible for improving the culture across the firm’s global and European 3,200 strong service delivery teams and her remit includes creating a lean business culture within Mercer globally, delivering global transformation projects across operations in all its business lines. Her team of 25 people are based across the US, Portugal, Poland, UK and India. Christina started her career with Mercer in 1988 as an actuarial student.
Christina is a role model for flexible working: she first went part-time to spend more time with her children while they were growing up. Now, she has kept her reduced hours to spend time with her family, invest in her own physical and mental wellbeing and to contribute.
