Erick Gustafson is Chief Public Affairs Officer at Marsh McLennan, the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people with more than 85,000 colleagues in 130 countries. He manages the company's global strategy for government relations, media relations, and external affairs. Erick works closely with the company's leadership on a broad range of issues that impact the firm’s four global businesses: Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman.
Erick joined Marsh McLennan in 2008. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior positions in Washington, DC, serving at the Mortgage Bankers Association, Citizens for a Sound Economy and the US House of Representatives. He lives on Capitol Hill with his family.
