Xavier Nouguès is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Paris office and serves as the global head of Value Sourcing.
For nearly 20 years, Xavier has worked across a broad range of industries, including: retail and consumer goods, automotive and manufacturing industries, utilities, and financial services. His focus on operational excellence and value transformation along with his strong expertise in large transformation programs helps deliver significant and sustainable impact through leading edge operating model design and roll-out.
Xavier holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale. He is fluent in French and English and has working knowledge of German.
