Rico Brandenburg is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Risk & Public Policy and Digital practices, based in New York.
In his time at Oliver Wyman, Rico has consulted for leading financial institutions in the US, Europe, Latin America, and MENA across cyber and non-financial risk management, risk governance and operating models, anti-financial crime, and risk data and infrastructure.
In his recent work, he has focused on IT and cyber risk management operating model design, cyber risk appetite articulation, and cyber risk monitoring and reporting capability design and implementation.
Rico holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Mathematics (Dipl. Math. oec.) from the University of Augsburg, Germany. Though currently based in the New York office, Rico started at Oliver Wyman’s Frankfurt, Germany, office and was located in Dubai, UAE, and Sao Paolo, Brazil, for parts of his career.
