Stephanie is Financial Strategist with Mercer’s Investments business based in New York, US. Stephanie specializes in assessing and measuring the financial risks associated with retirement programs, and developing, implementing and monitoring risk management strategies. She has specialist knowledge on portfolio construction, journey plan design, asset-liability modeling, dynamic derisking, liability-driven investing and liability risk management.
Stephanie joined Mercer in 2007 as an actuarial analyst in Mercer’s Retirement practice in London and later transferred to Mercer's Delegated Services business (London, UK). In 2016 she relocated to New York to join Mercer’s Financial Strategy Group advising clients on pension risk management strategies. In 2017 Stephanie enjoyed a 10 month secondment to the World Economic Forum to lead the Retirement Investment Systems Reform Project and in 2018 she lead a Mercer initiative developing thought leadership for Mercer’s Wealth business.
Stephanie holds a first class honors undergraduate master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (US) and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK).
